King Snefro Fleet

Snefro, founder of the
4th Egyptian dynasty, lived 2630 - 2585 BC and conquered the Sinai,
between other provinces in Libya and Nubia. Port of his embarkations
for Sinai was Misti. The Greek
called it later Myos Hormos.
We have no photo of his ships, but can show himself on a stone relief found near the Turquoise mines in Maghara / Sinai. |
